$140 to $170 per 45 to 60 minute session
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What is my copay (the amount per therapy session I will pay)?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?
- Do I need an authorization from my insurance company before I begin session
Insurances Accepted
Blue Care Network, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Meridian, Molina, Priority Health, and most others are accepted.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services may be available on a limited basis if financial difficulty is determined.
Payment
Cash, check and most major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, or if you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance (giving us adequate time to offer this spot to another client) , you will be charged $50. This is not a penalty, but rather your payment for the time reserved for you. Please understand that frequent cancellations may result in the discontinuance of treatment.
